Shabu-shabu (しゃぶしゃぶ) prepared from our succulent A5 Japanese Wagyu and is a traditional Asian Hotpot dish of thinly sliced beef and vegetables boiled in dashi (broth) water and put in dipping sauces. The dish is prepared by submerging a thin slice of meat or a piece of vegetable in a pot of boiling water or dashi (broth) made with konbu (kelp) and stirring it.
